Built for Telegram · Built for Africa

Your second brain
and coach — in the app
you already use.

Send Lona a voice note, a text, a thought. It organizes everything, reminds you what matters, and coaches you to follow through. Entirely through Telegram.

Sound familiar?

You're not disorganized. You're just using the wrong tools.

🎙️

Ideas die in voice notes

You send yourself a 3-minute voice memo after a meeting. Two weeks later, you can't find it. The idea is gone.

💬

Tasks live in group chats

Someone mentions something important in WhatsApp. You screenshot it. Then you never look at the screenshot again.

📅

Goals set in January

You wrote down your goals. You meant every word. But nothing tracked them, nothing reminded you, nothing held you accountable.

Most productivity tools were built for someone with a laptop, a quiet office, and an executive assistant. That is not most of us. Lona was built for how professionals in Africa actually work — on the move, through voice, in chat.

How it works

Talk to Lona the way you talk to a colleague.

1
Send anything

Voice note after a meeting. A thought at 11pm. A task you just remembered.

Text, voice memos, forwarded messages. In whatever language you're thinking in. Lona reads everything.

2
Lona organizes it

Every message becomes structured items — automatically.

Tasks with deadlines. Events on your calendar. People you mentioned. Ideas linked to your projects. All stored in your own Notion workspace. You own every piece of data.

3
Lona coaches you forward

Your morning briefing. Your weekly review. Your accountability partner.

Every morning, Lona tells you what's on your plate. Every week, it shows you your patterns. Over time, it notices things about how you work — and helps you work better.

All linked. Does that look right?

What people use Lona for

One conversation. Dozens of use cases.

After every meeting

Stop losing what was said.

Send a voice note on the way back to your desk. Lona pulls out the tasks, the people, the follow-ups, and the ideas — and puts them exactly where they belong. Your calendar gets updated. Your to-do list grows. You don't have to do anything twice.

Every morning at 6:30

Start the day knowing exactly where you stand.

Lona sends you what's due today, what's overdue, who's waiting on you, and what's on your calendar — including meetings you didn't capture yourself. In 10 seconds, you know your day.

Your goals, tracked automatically

Not generic advice. Coaching from your own data.

"You've been in 4 product meetings this week and missed both gym sessions. The pattern is consistent under deadline pressure." Lona notices what you don't. And asks the question you need to hear.

The people that matter

Never let an important relationship go cold.

Every person you mention gets remembered. Lona notices when you haven't connected with someone in a while — and reminds you, with context, before it becomes awkward.

Built differently

Every productivity tool was designed for someone else.

Notion needs a laptop and three hours of setup. Todoist is great if your work lives in neat little tasks. Most AI tools assume you have a keyboard in front of you and a quiet office around you.

Lona was designed for professionals who communicate through voice, work across multiple projects simultaneously, and need a system that fits inside the apps they already use — not one that asks them to change how they work.

Voice-first.
Talk to it. That's all.
Mobile-first.
Works perfectly on any phone, anywhere.
Yours.
Your data lives in your Notion and your Google Calendar. Not our servers.

Questions

Does this work with WhatsApp?
Not yet. Lona works entirely through Telegram right now. WhatsApp support is on our roadmap and is a priority for the African market.
What do I need to use Lona?
Just Telegram and a Notion account — both free to set up. We walk you through connecting everything during onboarding. No technical knowledge required.
What language can I use with Lona?
You can send messages in English, French, or Portuguese and Lona will understand you. That said, our support and the app interface are in English only for now — full multilingual support is on the roadmap for future releases.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — the Community Edition is free forever, no waitlist. You self-host it on your own Windows PC with your own Anthropic API key, and it includes unlimited voice/text capture, automatic to-do/event/people/idea extraction, linking to your Projects/Goals/Habits, and your own Notion workspace as storage. It does not include coaching, calendar sync, or the journal — those are part of the paid Managed tier.
What's the difference between the BYO Key and Shared Key plans?
Both give you the full Managed feature set — coaching, calendar sync, journal, recurring tasks. With BYO Key ($9/mo) you supply your own Anthropic API key and only pay for hosting. With Shared Key ($19/mo) we provide the AI access ourselves, so there's nothing to configure — simplest if you don't want to manage an API key.
How is it different from other productivity tools?
Most productivity tools make you do the organising — you fill in the app, you tag the notes, you update the tracker. Lona flips that. You just talk to it, and it organises everything for you, links it to your goals, and proactively coaches you based on your patterns. It gets more useful the longer you use it.
